First Thursdays: The Power Of Fasting
The “1st Thursdays at Fourth U” adult RE series explores spirituality and spiritual practices from a UU perspective. On Thursday, December 6 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Aisha Hauser, Fourth U’s Director of Religious Exploration, will lead a workshop on the process of reclaiming what is worthwhile from our long-discarded spiritual roots, as well as the ritual of fasting as a spiritual practice. Sponsored by the Worship Arts Committee. Light dinner will be served and childcare provided.
